How we make it right: we will re-perform applicable labor at no additional cost or, if we cannot reasonably resolve the issue, offer a fair remedy or partial refund of labor charges in line with our Terms and Refunds & Cancellations policy.
Limited Workmanship Warranty (12 Months)
QTF workmanship is warranted for 12 months from the date of completion unless stated otherwise in writing.
- Covers: defects in our labor on the specific service performed.
- Parts/Fixtures: protected by manufacturer warranties when applicable.
- Excludes: misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, customer-supplied parts, pre-existing conditions, concealed or unforeseen conditions, and external factors (freezing, power surges, municipal systems, root intrusion, etc.).
- How to claim: email [email protected] with your name, address, date of service, and issue description; we’ll schedule an assessment.
On-Time or We Pay Guarantee
We value your time. If we’re late to your scheduled appointment, we’ll credit you $5 for every minute we’re late (up to $300) — because your time matters to us.
How it works
- “On time” means arrival within the agreed appointment window communicated at booking or confirmation.
- Credit is applied to the current invoice (or a future service if no invoice is due). Maximum credit: $300.
- Exclusions: customer-requested reschedule or window change; inability to access the property; unsafe conditions (e.g., aggressive animals); severe weather, accidents, road closures, utility outages, or other force majeure events.

Guarantees and warranties on this page work together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refunds & Cancellations policy. They do not cover consequential or incidental damages and may be adjusted where prohibited by law. Some services (e.g., drain cleaning in severely compromised lines) may have tailored warranty terms stated on your estimate/invoice.
